Getting started

  1. Call or email us to set up your first appointment.
  2. Fill out the intake form on your phone. It takes about 20 minutes, and you can stop and come back. Your answers stay on your phone until you send them.
  3. Have your insurance card, your driver's license, and your EAP letter (if you have one) ready.

Insurance and programs

We bill your insurance for you. We also see clients through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Military OneSource, and the VA.
